Speculoos cookies are popular during the holidays because of their warm flavours from spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.
M&S is expanding its vegan options to meet the growing demand for plant-based foods. This trend started with the launch of the Plant Kitchen line in 2019, which includes cakes, dressings, and ready meals.
A recent M&S survey showed that 46% of their customers want to eat less meat for health and ethical reasons. Other supermarkets, such as Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Aldi, are also offering more vegan products, showing a shift towards plant-based eating.
