Meet the Team

Jenny has been vegan for five years and vegetarian since the age of ten. She lives in Bristol, England, with her husband, kids and dogs. Jenny loves weightlifting and cooking up plant-based receipes that will help her hit those protein goals while also keeping the fusspot kids happy. Jenny wishes that it was Veganuary every month, because it’s always so sad when the vegan aisle shrinks at the end of the season.

Jac has been vegan for 15 years – long enough to wonder if tofu owes her a loyalty card. Hailing from Scotland, she enjoys the breathtaking scenery and believes vegan haggis deserves more appreciation. A proud mum to a curious and energetic daughter, Jac spends her time hiking scenic trails, devouring books, practicing yoga, honing her badminton skills, and creating colourful artwork with her trusty colouring pens. She’s passionate about living a vibrant, compassionate, and cruelty-free life, all while championing the magic of tofu.

Jennie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist providing targeted dietary counseling services in telehealth and in-person settings. She has almost 20 years of experience in a leadership role supporting high-performing teams in grocery retail stores and a child nutrition school foods department. Her counselling approach focuses on gently encouraging clients to incorporate plant-forward meals and snacks into their daily eating habits. Jennie’s recent projects have been focused on healthy recipes and evidence-based nutrition articles for health and lifestyle publications such as Authority Magazine, Newsweek, and Eat This, Not That! You can learn more at Norton Nutrition PNW.

Caroline has been veggie since she was 14 and thought it would be a good way to get attention (middle child). She grew ethics over time and has been vegan since 2017. Her favourite food is potatoes and the unjust demonisation of them really gets her goat. Caroline shares her home with one human, two bunnies, and 100-ish houseplants which she writes about on Planet Houseplant. Her favourite things include crocheting ugly blankets, reading Terry Pratchett books, and consuming productivity content. She wishes she loved DIY, because her house needs it, but alas, it makes her cry.
